We have a no hassle returns policy because we know how important it is to you to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. So if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund them for you without a fuss. 

How can I return something?

You can return jewelry under following the conditions:

  1. Please contact us before you return a product.
  2. You can only return a product within 7 days from the time you receive your package.
  3. A return is on behalf of and at risk from the buyer. Meaning we are not responsible for damaged or lost returns.
  4. If the product is damaged when you receive it, you don't have to return it, you will receive a refund if you provide a photo of the damaged item. 

How do I exchange jewelry? 

To exchange your jewelry for another size or colour follow these steps:
  1. Email us to confirm if we have the desired item. If we have it, it will be pulled from inventory and held.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and replacement shipping costs. Etransfer $5 Cdn within Canada or USD $8 to the USA to rwpjewelry@gmail.com to cover the replacement shipment.

  5. Once we receive your return and the Etransfer, we will send the replacement.
