We have a no hassle returns policy because we know how important it is to you to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. So if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund them for you without a fuss.
How can I return something?
You can return jewelry under following the conditions:
- Please contact us before you return a product.
- You can only return a product within 7 days from the time you receive your package.
- Customers are responsible to pay for the return shipping. It's up to you if you pay regular shipping or with a tracking number.
- A return is on behalf of and at risk of the buyer. Meaning if your return is lost in the mail when you send it back, we cannot replace this lost item and a refund cannot be issued. Refunds will be issued once the return is received.
- If the product is damaged when you receive it, you don't have to return it, you will receive a refund if you provide a photo of the damaged item.
How do I exchange jewelry?
To exchange your jewelry for another size or colour follow these steps:
- Email us to confirm if we have the desired item. If we have it, it will be pulled from inventory and held.

- Customers are responsible for cost of return shipping costs. We will cover the replacement shipping cost! That way we both share in the cost of the return.
