Returns & Exchanges
We have a no hassle returns policy because we know how important it is to you to ensure you get exactly what you ordered. So if you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will refund them for you without a fuss.
How can I return/exchange something?
- Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to return or exchange a product.
- Customers are responsible to pay for the return and replacement shipping. It's up to you if you pay regular untracked shipping or expedited with a tracking number.
- A return is on behalf of and at risk of the buyer. Meaning, if your return is lost in the mail when you send it back, we cannot replace this lost item and a refund cannot be issued. Refunds will be issued once the return is received in good condition.
- If the product is damaged when you receive it, you don't have to return it, you will receive a refund if you provide a photo of the damaged item.
- To exchange, first email us to confirm if we have the desired item. If we have it, it will be pulled from inventory and held for you. Shipping will need to be covered before item is shipped. $6 US or $5 Cdn. Please etransfer to email@example.com or send via PayPal.
